Following their well-received 2018 effort "Fictional", MARMO returns with a diverse album with the loose concept of: Songs about birds.

All three members of the group (Dan Thompson, Christian Loftus & Bill Ludwig) lend their writing skills to this project - their most collaborative to date. Recorded in "various locations", the album has a rare warmth and energy. The group is clearly enjoying themselves and producing their strongest work to date. From country crooners (Ludwig's 'Mourning Dove') to bluegrass-folk epic (Thompson's title track) to Americana rock (Loftus' 'Woodpecker'), this set is full of surprises, moments of joy and heartbreak and some simply fine musical craftsmanship.

Joined by fellow Less Than Zero (<0) band mates Chris Mosure (bass, guitars) and Mike Foley (drums, percussion), Bill (vocals, guitars, keyboards) and the band bring us from acoustic confessions and hard-driving rock. Lush vocal harmonies and fragile emotions sit alongside biting lyrical commentary and dreamy poetry. At times sparse and delicate, while at others swirling with psychedelia.

'A Week Of Mondays' is fully realized and compelling, an album for the ages.
